In an interactive workshop, we explore the foundations of mindfulness and the transformative power of sacred sound. Through breath work (pranayama) , contemplative reflections (mananam) and mantra meditation, you will discover principles helping you to develop a more conscious and holistic way of life. 

This session is not just about finding ‘inner peace’ and ‘freedom from stress.’ Peace is actually just a by-product of true meditation. We are interested in helping you find sustainable methods to deal with everyday life and empower you to navigate this often unpredictable and troublesome world.

The workshop is based on the teachings from the Bhagavad Gita, so there will be many gems of wisdom to ruminate and take home with you. All the mantras are Sanskrit based and authenticated in Vedic literatures of ancient India.


Prema Hamilton, our facilitator, has been practising meditation for the past 15 years and has conducted this workshop all over the world. Prema has a degree in Jazz Piano and years of experience in music therapy and helping people heal through sacred sound.
